How do I start recording a Skype video/auido conversation?
Firstly start a skype conversation. Then click the "start recording" button in Evaer to start recording.
How long a skype record can Evaer save?
Evaer can record as long as you want. If you have enough hard disk space, the recording length is virtually unlimited.
Evaer can record any Skype calls(video and audio calls).
How many video streams I can record in my Skype group video calls?
It's max support record 10 video streams at one call.
Will Evaer work with conference calls?
Yes, It's support any Skype calls.
What audio formats does Evaer support?
It only supports MP3 audio format.
What video formats does Evaer support?
It supports MP4 and AVI video format.
Which video codec is best for Evaer to recording Skype video?
We recommend to use 'H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Codec' for recording Skype video calls into MP4 format files, and 'Microsoft MPEG-4 VKI Codec V2' or 'Xvid MPEG-4 Codec' for recording Skype video calls into AVI format files.
I've registered on one computer, how can I register on another computer?
You can register Evaer on any computer as long as you using the same skype account.
How long will it take to get registered after buying a license?
After placing an order, you will usually receive licenses via email instantly. The whole registering process is done automatically, that enables you to get registered immediately after purchasing a license.

Evaer says "The Skype rejected Evaer to access it..."?
That because Evaer vidoe call recorder is not allowed to access Skype due to a previous wrong answer to the access control question from Skype.
To check and fix this, follow these steps:
1. Open Skype and click on menu "Tools->Options". Click on "Advanced".
2. At the bottom of this page click on "Manage other programs' access to Skype".
3. A window will open. It should show an entry called "evaer.exe" but also may contain other programs. Click on evaer.exe and click the "Change" button.
4. You should see the window below. Select the top entry, this will allow evaer.exe to always to use Skype.
