How to adjust the video bitrate for reducing MP4 file size?

 
If you use the default video codec H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Codec, you can change the registry to control the bitrate as below image shows.

The key path at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Evaer\h264 , you need to add two DWORD value to control the bitrate.
