If you meet the issue as the below picture shows.
Solution 1, please do following steps to fix the issue.
1, Exit Evaer / Skype if it's still running.
2. Right click on the Evaer/Skype program's shortcut.
2. Click on Properties.
3. Click on the Compatibility tab
4. Please uncheck all settings if there any option is checked.
5, Run Evaer /Skype to have the issue fixed.
6, Please click the "Allow access" button if below information shows in your Skype.
7, Click the "Start Recording" button to begin your recording once the call is connected.
Solution 2, please enable the option as the attached image shows, then restart Evaer and Skype. Please ignore the error message if it popup again from Skype. Place a call to record it to have a try.
